Our day-of wedding planners work with you to plan your dream wedding. They help you best utilize our venue such as helping you coordinate the seating layout, refer vendors, and offer suggestions for your theme.
Coordinating the traffic flow for your ceremony and reception is an important element that can make your special day successful or stressful for you and your guests. Our planners are experts on our venue, so they can offer tips on how best to arrange tables, chairs, and the dance floor.
Since they’ve live in Gaylord, they’re well informed on local and regional vendors.
As an extra, they work with V & S Rentals (a rental decorating business) to help you save time and money renting decorations for your special event. V & S offers rental decoration services too.
On the day of your wedding, your planner and her assistant will make sure your day goes smoothly!
Access to our facilities and amenities including the renovated farmhouse, day-of wedding planner, flat-screen tv’s in the barn, wireless sound system, an outdoor sound system for ceremony music and a technician to facilitate the system, and white-resin tables and chairs.
Not Included: Caterer, food, drinks, photographer, videographer, D.J., and decorations (available for rent).

Our prices for weddings are all-inclusive, and we don’t offer individual packages for using only one facility. Our wedding planners can discuss the best ways to maximize our venue and suggest money-saving tips.
On the weekend of your wedding, you have from Friday noon to Sunday noon. (The barn from Friday noon to Saturday at midnight.) You can decorate on Friday, have your rehearsal dinner on the grounds, and stay overnight in the farmhouse on Saturday.
The deadline for clearing your items from the Barn is Saturday night at midnight. But, you have the Farmhouse until Sunday noon.
If you’ve rented through V & S Rentals, they will remove the decorations for you. (Another perk of using their service.)
Yes. The bridal suite has two entrances: a private, outside entrance and a sliding door, interior entrance. The exterior entrance has a lock for security and privacy.
Features in the suite:
- Stylist area with 3 hydraulic chairs, 3 styling stations, and a wall-length mirror.
- Eating area with mini fridge, sink, and cabinets
- Private bathroom
- Full-length mirror
- Make-up vanity
- Iron, ironing board, and steamer
- Mounted hooks to hang a wedding dress and bridesmaids’ dresses
No. You can use any vendors of your choice. Our Preferred Vendors are businesses we’ve worked with who provide high-quality service.
